The editor decides what gets covered. No advertiser, partner, or third party has approval over our copy.

Sourcing

Dispatches are written from first-hand travel. Destination guides combine our own visits with cross-checks against the partners' public results pages. We disclose when a piece is based on a press trip; in practice this happens almost never, because we don't accept them.

Compensation and conflicts

Voyage Talks earns referral compensation from booking partners when readers click through and book. That compensation does not influence what we cover or how we rank it.

Corrections

If a fact is wrong, write to dispatch@voyagetalks.com. We will correct the piece, add a dated correction note at the bottom, and re-file if necessary.
